When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and, optionally, your name. We may also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically (IP address, user agent) when you visit the site.

We use your contact information solely to send you correspondence you've explicitly subscribed to — collection news, atelier letters, and invitations to private viewings. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Service providers

Newsletter delivery is handled by Resend (Lithuania / United States). Site hosting is provided by OVH (France). Email and contact data is processed under standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email scarves@khazimmermann.com.

5. Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes you from our list immediately. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us directly.

6. Cookies

We do not currently use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this page and present a consent banner before any tracking begins.

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
